Most children begin their communicative skills by learning to talk, but Palmer Willams Jr decided that singing was a far more effective tool. Music became a constant in his home and studying music became a natural part of his progression. At an early age, he admired the vocal stylings of musical talents, Marvin Gaye, Daryl Coley and Stevie Wonder.

While pursuing his first love, music, Palmer was also taught the value of an education and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health/Hospital Administration from Knoxville college in Tennessee. Upon graduation he continued his musical career by winning several competitions at the legendary world-famous Apollo Theatre in New York. Shortly after this success, Palmer was hired as an opening act for Millie Jackson.

Palmer has toured with the Grammy award winning singer Monica as her backup vocal arranger and coordinator. Prior to that he also toured with LSG as a  background vocalist and coordiantor. Palmer has also been a part of several wonderful theatre ensembles ; "A Good Man is Hard to Find" and one he co-wrote and directed "Where Have All the Good Men Gone?". He also displayed his anointed gifts and talents as he directed, and starred in the hit play he wrote "Can a Woman Make a Man Lose His Mind?". He is also well known for the play inspired by his "Spiritual Daddy", Bishop Eddie L Long "What a Man Wants...What a Woman Needs!".
